Permission to Treat Form
Thinking of leaving the kids with their grandparents for a weekend getaway? Or perhaps your son is staying with Aunt Sally on her farm for a few weeks this summer? Before the bags are packed, make sure you have filled out a permission to treat form for your children.
By completing the “Power of Attorney for Consent to Medical Care” form for each child, you are ensuring that the person you authorize can obtain medical treatment for your children in your absence. In addition, if you’re bringing a child’s best friend along on your family vacation, make sure his or her parents have authorized you to seek treatment for their child. Visit: www.stlouischildrens.org/content/permissiontotreat.htm or (click here) Permission to Treat . Notary services are available at no charge in the Business Office.
Summer Hours
June 9, 2009 was the last day of school for students, but not the last day for many administrative and support staff who are working during the summer months. Please feel free to contact our school buildings with questions you may have. Due to ongoing construction projects and potential vacations days, we may be unavailable from time to time, but please feel free to leave us a message and we will return a call as soon as possible.
Alumni Reunion & Golf Outing
The Olivet alumni association, OSACA (Olivet Schools and Community Alumni) are planning a fundraiser golf outing on Saturday, July 18, 2009 and then the All School Reunion on Sunday, July 19, 2009. There are also several class reunions that weekend. Please join us for these two events if you can.

Groundbreaking Kicks Off Construction
On Friday, May 1, 2009 Olivet Community Schools held a groundbreaking ceremony to kick-off the beginning of construction. Construction on the new cafeteria/kitchen, athletic complex, and classrooms as Fern Persons Elementary will begin soon. In addition, there are many "unseen" projects like technology improvements and upgrades in the classrooms and offices that you may not notice. We are appreciative to Tower Pinskter our architect and Granger Construction for designing and planning with us during this exciting time. Below are photos from the groundbreaking ceremony. Updated Construction Photos (coming soon).
