Parents: Please complete the appropriate form below if your student needs additional support. Referral forms are submitted to the designated building counselor. A follow up communication will come from the appropriate staff member to address the support required.

Social and Emotional Health Resources
Student well-being and safety is a priority. Olivet Community Schools incorporates several supports for monitoring and supporting students’ social and emotional well-being.
School counselors will share resources with families directly, webpage or email. (e.g. How to Manage COVID-19 anxiety, stress, communication with children about COVID-19, etc.).
Building administrators in their communications will include resources and "tips" to support families and students in their implementation of the Distance Learning Plan.
Counselors, administrators and other staff will reach out to families and students who may need additional supports and services.
Counselors will offer individual and scheduled virtual counseling appointments/office hours.
Classroom teachers will reach out to any families and/or students who have been unable to engage in the Plan.
Office hours will be available for students to check in with questions on work or just to connect with their teacher.
Counselors will provide a district support web page including: simple parent tips, resources to help you talk with your child about coronavirus, coping and self-care mindfulness, resources for managing fears, autism specific information, and relevant community supports.
