Dear Parents, Staff, and Community Members,
Last evening the Olivet Community Schools Board of Education voted unanimously to approve the new 2022-2025 Olivet Community Schools Strategic Plan. This plan represents countless hours of work by a stakeholder group made up of parents, community members, students, teachers, staff, administrators, and Board of Education members.
As we prepare for the 2022-2023 school year, the new OCS Strategic Plan will be a guiding force in our planning process. The strategic plan is a living document that will serve as our roadmap toward continuous improvement. The strategic plan contains revised mission and vision statements as well as three focus areas for the district. Each of the focus areas has goals, objectives, strategic actions and progress measures.
Please take a few minutes to review our new strategic plan. Copies of the complete plan and a summary document have been provided.
