Hello OMS & FPE Parents,
If you have football players and/or cheerleaders to pick up at both OMS and FPE, please pick up your children at OMS first to help clear the lot before the buses arrive for regular dismissal. Our goal is to have everyone picked up and on their way by 2:20 PM. Thank you for your cooperation!

4th - 6th Grade Football Player and Cheerleader Dismissal on Thursday, Sept. 26th.
We are excited about this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for our football players and cheerleaders as they head to the Big House for their games on Thursday, September 26th! To ensure the 4th - 6th graders participating have plenty of time to prepare for their games, scheduled at 5:00 p.m. and 5:50 p.m. respectively, we will be releasing these students at 2:00 p.m. Due to the time of the 7/8 Grade Game, those students will be dismissed at their regularly scheduled time of 2:33 p.m.
Pick-up will occur in the designated student pick-up lane outside the café. Staff members will be available to assist you in signing out your student(s) before they are released. After signing out, we will radio into the café, and your student(s) will be sent out to your vehicle. If you have an older student that you will be picking up at the same time, you will be able to sign them out at the cafe as well.
We kindly ask that you remain in your car, and we will come to you for the sign-out process. Once we have received your signature, we will then call your student to the car. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us make this process smooth and efficient.
Thank you for your continued support of our students as they represent Olivet Community School! We look forward to cheering them on!
Educationally yours,
Meghan Loughlin-Krusky and Paul Stanton
OMS 4/5 Principal and OMS 6-8 Principal
